Is there any max ias, if i'd socket 6sox phase with shaels, would that work?

Yes it would, but thats a waste of sheals. If you want to get maxed out speed all you need to do is make a zealot. If he maxes Fant and uses something like 30IAS with a phase blade he will have maxed out speed with both smite and zeal. I use Grief in a phase blade with a lvl 21 fant and have maxed out IAS. If you cant afford Grief use lightsaber. Its not as good with zeal but it will help a lot with smite. + the light absorb helps to when u get hit with those souls. I have no idea how much either of them is worth but lightsaber is easy to find and the runes for grief arnt that expansive.
