Is NM Mephisto the best place to find one? Because that's what I've been hearing. I'm and hc fishymancer and my + skills, res, and block are not good at all. I am not very rich so I am pretty sure I will have to find my own. Any input appreciated :)

NM Meph has a 1 : 25717 chance.

It's a single player utility called ATMA. But it has a drop calculator that is applicable to b.net as well.

I found one off one of Baal's minions while doing a solo NM Baal run with my summoner.

And that happened about 20 minutes after I traded for one. Figures. :rolleyes:

But I traded it for a AOKL. So its all good.

i actually just found my first one ever last night off NM meph (got 170%ed, not great). i was pissing my pants, cuz ive been running him lately and he's been giving my nothing but garbage or stuff i already got in my grail
