Brand using Necro

I was thinking of slapping brand on a necro and maxing bone spear's synergies.

Get 100% ias from equipment for max speed, might merc with pride, and have fun. Razortail for pierce.

You will be casting bone spear every time you strike, and you ignore target defense. Bone spear will do over 1000 damage each.

In my opinion, while Oath has a place on a Necromancer (because it changes his style of play), a Brand Necro is really just a slow Bonemancer. It's viable, but then again, so is just casting Bone Spear yourself. There's nothing that Brand offers that makes it any different from just spamming Bone Spear, actually.
