It's the same as with other magic items:

3 perfect gems + your charm -> *transmute* -> same lvl charm, with new mods:smiley:

There is a very good guide on rerolling charms (with chances to get all res, one res, mf,...) here:

thanks i realized that about 10 minutes after postin question. I am more of a happy about what I find type of guy rather than creating stuff.
