I've searched the forum for treasure class info and keep getting pointed to this part of the site:

http://www.diabloii.net/items/110tc.shtml

However none of the jewelry is listed here (such as Nature's Peace and Ravenfrost). Does jewelry have a treasure class?

What you actually mean by "Treasure class"?

All rings are in "TC rin", all amulets in "TC amu". Basically if a monster dies and the game picks a unique from "TC rin" to drop, then all possible unique rings meeting the qlvl requirement may drop. Here's the list of qlvls of all unique/set rings/amulets:
Ring
[U] Nagelring (qlvl 10)
[U] Manald Heal (qlvl 20)
[U] Stone of Jordan (qlvl 39)

[U] Bul-Katho's Wedding Band (qlvl 66)
[U] Carrion Wind (qlvl 68)

Amulet
[U] Nokozan Relic (qlvl 14)
[U] The Eye of Etlich (qlvl 20)
[U] The Mahim-Oak Curio (qlvl 34)
[U] Saracen's Chance (qlvl 55)
[U] The Cat's Eye (qlvl 58)
[U] Crescent Moon (qlvl 58)
[U] Atma's Scarab (qlvl 60)

Treasure classes are something else. All items are assigned to certain treasure clesses, depending on their base type. Each monster has a list of treasure classes from which it can drop items. All rings are in the same treasure class which is available for any monster, even fallens in act 1 normal. However, their monster level isn't high enough to drop stuff with high qlvls which is another prerequirement to drop certain items.

Armor and weapons are in treasure classes which are commonly referred to by TC3, TC6 etc. up to TC 87. To be precise, armor and weapons are in separate TCs, but a monster which can drop from the armor TC X can also drop from TC X for weapons and vice versa. For the sake of completeness, there are also TC90 treasure classes, but since 1.10 they are empty.
