What's the best source of skiller gcs?

I think the ilvl for the gc's have a +1 to summon skills to be 42+, so that'd be Act III, Nightmare and beyond...I've never had one drop:largeannoyed:

Do most of these come from a worthless high lvl gc that's been cubed (per recipe)?:dunce:

I heard that the best place to find a regular skiller gc was nightmare act 3 like you said, but if you want mods with it such as life or resist all, then baal is better. But the lowest possible place to find would be act 3 nightmare and it has a greater chance to drop them because the item has less other options to put in place of the skill mod.
