ES BlizzBaller Possible?

I'm wanting to do a BlizzBaller for Ladder to mf, and would it be possible to incorperate ES in ther also? like a powerful ES one, and have tons of mana.. Could you tell me the skill set up if it is possible?

Possible, with the cost of 20 in TK, and a +9 ES Memory staff on switch, with lots of +skills to pre-buff your ES, which favours a unique/runeword setup, instead of full Tal's setup. This will also result in lower damage in your fire/cold trees.
