The "friar" paladin

I just thought of a interesting build. IWlle the idea is to make a paladin not using the normal weapons but a staff as a weaon. a upped ribcracker comes in mind here. is this a build that can work?.

20 zeal
20 sacrifice
20 redemption
20 fanatcism

would this be a build that could work? and can that skill setup work or would you do a different?

Well that guide is completely different to my idea..... I don't want to make a expansive as hell build that is so called "invicible".

I wanted to make a diferent build wich can survive and deal damage at same time but using less common weaponries.
