Can conviction break physical immunities? People talk about it for the obviously wonderful potential breaking of fire/lightning/cold immunes, but will it break physical immunities (a la Amplify Damage) or not break immunities (a la Battle Cry)

It does not break physical immunity.

It's only minus cold, fire, and lightning resist, with a lot of -defense% as you could tell by making a pally and mousing over the skill. Or looking at one of many places on the internet that include the skill description, such as this site or the official site.
