hallo guys. i wonder if WoI is bugged the same way as Inferno and Arctic Blast?

Yes it is, it only does approximately 1/3rd the listed damage. Also the window in which it hits is very thin.

Actually it doesn't suffer from that bug. The damage and its application are just very poor for the most part, especially in comparison to LS.

Von Lazuli, the Inf/AB bug is 50%, and it only applies to those two skills, not to WoI or megademon Infernos.
