Some questions of PvP Wind:
1- Is max block a must? If i max block ill use SS, and if i didnt max ill use spirit. I see in this way. If i max block ill be inferior vs casters like 200fcr sorc, because ill use ~190 points in dex and not life. But ill be superior vs melles like BvC. Vs what chars winds have problems?
2- With the points left is usefull max hearth of oak? I know, more life but oak survive in duels? She dont have even 1k life. If i has 1k total life, eat a bone spear and still with 500 life, then my oak dies. Ill still with 500 life?
