Well, you asked for a Vex in your ISO, and that's what I am prepared to offer. I suspect I'd be overpaying a bit, but it's a decision I'm willing to make (with a few beers in me :wink:). Will that work?

Of course, it will obviously take me a while to accumulate that much rune-wealth, but if you're talking about a Lo, you're also in the midst of a 'patience' project. Since there are guaranteed rune-hunting techniques, but not so much for jewels, I figure we'll both profit in the end.


I'll also send you a PM soon. Nothing devious, I promise - just a question and an FYI that's open to your opinion.

I know you guys are (understandably) wary and hostile to newbies, but I've been reading these forum rules for 2 days now - there are a lot of them, and they are less than clear, especially for those of us who don't understand all these acronyms like a second language. =) I understand I can't trade certain godly items (that I don't have anyway) and good runes (a few of which I do have, but ah well). As far as tainting, it seems to me the RWM/RRM is not a big deal and doesn't deter people... am I wrong? Is it worthwhile for me to pass up a trade to keep Vanilla status? Also, if I kept my trading items with a different mule, would those items still be Vanilla even if I traded for a RWM/RRM item? Would any further items I find with my main char (who would then be wearing an RWM/RRM item) be considered RWM/RRM also?

(This is all very confusing... I'm just trying to find some decent boots!!)

I hung onto my vanilla status for a terribly long time (at least it seemed like that to me), but in the end I felt there were more people in the RWM/RRM crowd so the trading pool was larger (and therefore better) so I made the switch. I honestly don't know. I posted in the PC thread, but haven't gotten a definitive value yet. The core of my ISO list is as follows:

Unsocketed or 4os *Ethereal* Berserker Axe
Mal
White or 4os Non-eth Superior Archon Plate

My secondary needs are:
Pally Combat GCs
Windforce
Lightning Facets (at least +5/-3)

Hi Liq. I have charm that's just too damn good to be used only on PvM dr00d and I guess Euthanasia is the best guy to "put it to good use". Only question is do you have any pcombats with 30+ life or maybe Vex rune? :wink3:
