How fast do I need to move to desynch-run with my Vita Fury Wolf? If I used Enigma+IK Boots+Harmony, would I desynch? Or would I need more FRW?

I think you'd need a lot more than that.

To be honest, I've never seen someone desynch while running...with the aid of charge or frenzy, yes, but not while normally moving.

I guess you need circlet, catīs eye and a lot of 3% frw scs

If you are NL then 5's are the way to go. I think the poster thought the OP was Ladder...

150% frw is the desynch speed for zons... i'm surprised you haven't seen running desynch :s
