First off:
LW does not hit the last WW breakpoint, making it pointless for both PvM and PvP. To be good in PvP, you NEED EBotdZ or GriefZ.

Phoenix Monarch adds less damage over time than a BeastZ and you will need ~300-400 dex to get max block with Phoenix, and shield are there for the blocking, making Phoenix useless.

Gloves: Draculs. The added damage of Rends is too small to be of any change compared to the added 25% OW of draculs.

Rings: using 2* bks or sojs in PvM is stupid, you need AR in PvM. Use 2* Ravens in public games and PvM. When you duel other barbs, use 2* angelic rings.

Armor: Enigma is the best PvM armor and best in PvP in most cases (except vs. some defensive hammerdins and BvBs).

Also, your barbarian is not exactly on conc hybrid, but rather a WWbarb with rest points to Conc. BTW, you will end up using WW 99.9% of the time due to it being simply superior.

should i go ugly and get ebotd cb and grief pb or go not as ugly and bad ebotd in pbi probly wont do this(USELESS) or go expensive with repair ebotd zerker and grief zerker i think its ugly or expensive

EBotd zerker and Beast Zerker if you're PvM.

If PvP, Grief Zerker and Beast Zerker. Repair costs mean nothing.

Swords are useless as long as you can afford some axe runewords. And no, Botd + Grief or Grief + Grief do NOT do more damage than Grief + Beast over time.

That's why you won't make a hybrid, you will simply end up using WW 99.8% of the time, and you WILL hit the breakpoint of WW with 34% IAS GriefZ.

3 extra points in conc isn't really going to make much of a difference. Putting them in taunt/battle cry/find item/etc would be more beneficial.
