right now im using a COH perfect. Dusk Shroud. is this ok?

Well, for pvp eni would definitly be superior imo.

COH for pvp or if you're heavily lacking in resists, Nigma if you're going to MF or pking casters, etc, Fort if you find yourself lacking in damage.
