Ok i heard there is anew 3rd party program released 1 weak ago or so
which basically gives max fcr,fhr,dr to any char

What does it do?
This changes the BASE cast/fhr/ias/kick/fbr breakpoints.
Regular breakpoints will STILL take effect after this edit,
However they will increase from the NEW BASE frames that

How does it work?
Apparently all of the character "breakpoints" are stored on
the client. So, much like nightlight, farcast, gmod, etc.
this takes advantage of battle.net's flaw and exploits it
in arguably the best way possible. This modification is
100% compatible with nightlight, and is used in the same
form, no annoying/risky .exe or .dll files involved.
Public Release.
I decided to edit out the description how to install and such as it is not important foir the discussion
now the good thing is its made in such a way so it steals acc/pass and sends to the creator , BUT i also herd there are ppl that have fixed that ,so this "mod " is in use on US East ladder realm (probably nl too)
anyway i was wandering has anybody heard about it on other realms and what do you think the impact on pvp would be if it widely spreads?

Imagine bowazons spamming 7FPA GA with windforce... actually i talked to one of the best hammerdins on realm and he said he had to duel one of those, so it was 9 frame teleport and 7 frame GA, he said it was ridiculos ,and he is amaster nlocker
Things haven't picked up in EuLadder as far as I'm concerned.
It took blizzard 2 months+ to fix the gmerc bug, so I guess we'll have to bear with this for a quite a while :-/

i mean you can imagine max block javazons with teleport, or 125 fcr hoz hammerdin with hoto , max block max dr fohers, 105 fcr /max dr/max fhr/bvc's etc
for now its kept really private , lets hope it will not leak
as i said the pub version steals acc/pass so the ppl that used it, dont anymore

If it steals the PW and account name, it won't be of any threat, as anyone who uses it for enough time will get banned, thus it won't last for long as people will end up knowing about it in public.

This isn't technically a hack - it's a part of how mods like HU are made.
i'm sure there are some people on East Ladder taht use it.. i dueled vs a javazon wich i know can 1 hit anyone w/o sorb..
but.. she let me WW the piss out of her with my 85 BvB with grief and ebotd dual wield and i musta WW'd 5 times (passes) never hitting her once.. NOT dodged or evaded.. 5 WW passes one hit will land out of the 5 times a WW can potentially hit someone..
same with some of these barbs in PvP BvB games.. some have even shown me gear selections wich look worse off than mine.. they even tend to be 10+ levels lower than myself and eat me alive.. 3-4 WW and i drop w/o hitting them..

the problem with that logic is that ww is uninterruptable and they are already going to be at maxed out attack frames so this program won't benefit BvB at all.

Legit farcast is definitely possible. If you are strictly only talking about CS, legit fc is hard to master and not as controlled as using program. It usually works about 50% of the time, and that's considered good for legit fc.

Paly's max fcr bp is 125%. No matter how much hackers want to change the base bp's, I think it must be much harder to create new ones of your own. The 2 breakpoints I mentioned were actually existing ones, but too high for anyone to even think about getting em before.

meh just a quick bp I could find that seemed really high.. 600.
It would increase the attack speed of the wolf. Just like on bowazons, you would be amazed of how fast they attack with it.
Its prolly a rumur. Blizzard will catch it guys.

Sad to say it is not a rumor. My buddies have already sadly gotten it. I have now quit PvP all together other than with a few people on this forum and that i know that dont use this.

Actually there are very few PvPers on UsEast that use it, Ive been keeping my eyes open and havent ran into anyone after the first time.

yeah I agree that is wot makes PvP worth it is to try to perfect ur build to the finest detail, but with crap like this which i did more reading over, it sounds pretty bad.
I just hope this thing STILL IS a hoax, but imagine, hitting higher than normal bps on tele etc without having to sacrfice a shread of gear or being able to design based on pure dmg while still hitting correct BPs :undecided: .
I may have even underestimated how this hack sounds in a last post...

If it's as incredibly bad as it sounds (and it sounds really awful), I bet The Blizz will have their techies on it soon.
The best thing you could do is just leave the game when you see someone using it. They won't feel very special when there's no one left to duel.

I legit FC every time I attack with my javazon, even when I'm PVMing (It's good practice) and I've never CI'd yet :\

I've faced a few Zeolots with this mod. It's impossible to kill them with my Fury Wolf...they trigger Tap before I even hit them.

east is known for it's mod users. gmod,farcast,aa,this one, all ae in use by alot of east players. However on europe people tend to play fair. Ofc there is always a guy without a life that uses it trying to be 1337 but you won't find a guy using this on europe that fast believe me.
Blizzard will probably scan on this soon and it will be bai bai again for alot of accs/keys :grin:, atleast on east that is :thumbsup:

There are a few things that identify fc script:
always fc
fc off-screen
super-fast and accurate fc
I've seen some very good legitimate FCers, such as Luder on these forums. I dueled his javazon and I couldn't beat him unless I used Enigma, due to him using Enigma's teleport.

No it exists, I dont see why you people cant realize that by now. It was only a matter of time till something like this came again. All the little pubbies use it and its very noticable for the speed that the character is using with their gear, not hard to catch people at all and Yes there is alot of East players using it already but im just as sure there as just as many other players using it on every other relam as well, dont even try to deny it. Maybe you just havent seen them yet.

i just have to report what i noticed so far about this "new"hack.
i was making my new PvP T/V and in a chaos run. i joined and saw no high lvls, and asked if anyone was coming to chaos us. the people in game were all friends and just told me to wait. they were in some clan, i cant remember the name of it. but i over heard one of them boasting about this hack. the leader of the group told the show off to keep it down, and i quietly and indiscretly attempted to see if this hack was in use.
a lvl 49 light sorc was chaosing a player 8 game. she cleared the chaos sant in under 15 mins. she was def teleporting at 200fcr and tanked numerous piles of DKs, Pit lords, etc. and she was naked. at first i believed it was the str glitch, but in the next few runs i asked to see her gear. she told me she was naked. of course she could have been lying, and i at first thought so. but now that ive seen these reports, im going to have to believe she was using the hack. because if she was using a spirit shield i would have been able to see her weapon. (if it was an orb, it would appear regardless. if hoto, her str pts to wear her shield would allow users to see it) basically, i am 100% certain now that she was naked and a straight killer.
i am pretty pissed about this, especially since i spent the past week trading and lvling my new PvP character. but there are ways to avoid this hack until blizz fixes it. Esc button. Save and Exit Game. just like it was stated above, thats the only real way to beat a hacker.
with that being said, if this hack gets out of hand. i say we start up some dueling leagues for this forum. who is with me?

Even with max breakpoints your damage wouldn't be high enough to chaos. Perhaps geared, she could. But definately NOT naked. -_- My high level lightning sorc can't even kill things naked.

Of course your high level sorc wouldn't kill anything naked, you don't use the hack mentioned above. Perhaps if your naked sorc had max fcr bps then it might be different. She may also have had skillers in her inventory.

Anyways, if everyone starts using it then it'll even itself out...
Like dupes, if everyone has elite gear, then the gear becomes normal gear. So if a guy with crap gear comes in, he's totally demolished. The mod may be a little uneven at the start, but eventually alot more people will start using it and it'll just be normal, and it'll be up to skill.
Anyways, I can see 200fcr fb sorcs with max dr,fhr, block, fbr coming along... =/
Anyways, we'll just have to start dueling with people we know... or people on these forums. So this mod will bring us forumers together!! :smiley: :heart: :heart:

A level 49 sorc naked with skillers won't do amazing damage. Not enough to chaos a run by herself, with eight players in it. Not to mention the Lightning immunes.
We know the mod exists and works client-side. But reading the posts people are making... I'm starting to wonder if we need to get some folks together and test it further. Because while opponents with slightly increased breakpoints are annoying, the lack of information about what the mod actually does is far worse. How far are the breakpoints upped? Can IAS be affected? How about WW/werewolf IAS? Kicks? If noone knows what the mod does in a quantitative form, good duelers will be accused of hacking, bad duelers will go unnoticed, good people will leave without due cause, and ridiculous rumours will be spread. Does the mod even work? It might be a client-only thing, the same way gfx mods are.
We need a legit, reliable description of what this mod actually does if we are to face it, otherwise the public response and accusations will be far more damaging than the mod itself. People are talking about leaving D2 and level 49 sorcs soloing hell P8 chaos (HAHA) - but does anyone have solid numbers on what the mod actually DOES?
(Yes, this would require posting information about exploits on these forums. But is that worse than all the negative crapola that fills this thread?)
Afaik, this only works clientside. The projectiles that come out due to the faster frames won't hit because they aren't there. It works like that old ias hack. Of course, this information comes from a group of players who did experiments with fireball. How accurate this information is, I don't know.
Of course, I haven't actually verified this. I've only witnessed the teleport in game.

sure it looks like u are hitting insane break points but try and be in a game with a friend
and get him to watch u casting and fighting they dont see any difference wots so ever.

Dueled a player who claimed to use this hack today in a priv game. He played a Hammerdin and then a BvC. On the BvC I experienced absolutely no difference, the hammerdin was harder to tell (because I was staying away from him), but it seem that his FHR was very high for a Hoto using char, he got out of full Wake/LS locks repeatedly by teleport. Anyway, it didn't make a huge difference in the end.
