How does ias affect WW? I'm using a warpike and was just wondering if there were any bonuses to having high ias? (i have 85ias right now.. 115 w/ sig gloves n boots)

Also, do outside-the-weapon ias bonuses add to the overall IAS?

Outside of the weapon IAS does not help WW.

I'm not sure of the breakpoints, but outside IAS DOES help Berserk
