Iam looking into starting a new clan the only problome is i have no idea how to build a clan website i know how to recruit but i need help building a clan webesite and without a website it is allmoste inpossible to start a clan pleas help

You first need webspace. There are free hosting and forum sites that are funded by ad sites.

Its not difficult to build a web page depending on what you want it to do. If you want scripts and such usually free web spaces don't offer that, those are usually subscription services. If you want a simple site here's a sample one I did for a guild I was trying to get off the ground in a diff game a long while ago:
