Rerolling and char lvl.

Hi there. I'd like to know only 1 thing - can i reroll for example baal gc with a char of lvl 1 and still have a chance of getting good skillers with life or any good? Does my char lvl affect rerolling result somehow?

Character level does not influence rerolling with the pgem recipe. It depends on a few factors, with the item level being the only one which can be influenced, by finding the GC at the right place. From the Great Marsh on in nightmare act 2, a GC can become a skiller. Only GCs from hell Baal, Nihlathak and Diablo can have 41-45 life in addition to +skills.
