Hi,
I just trade for like 15-20xhrs and was thinking about a char that isnt expensive to build (not really need good invent) : Bowzon.
Gear:
- Dream Bv
- Cat eye
- Gmb Faith
- Fort (or 120/45?)
- Dracs (any other suggestion?)
- Dual leech ring
- Raven frost
- Razortail
- Gores
If i use fort, will i still it the last ias breakpoint? (link with fhr, ias breakpoints will be nice to have on that thread plz :P ).
Thx in advance
You won't even be at the second to last breakpoint. The last BP for a GMB is 95% IAS. You have just 20% in your setup.
Easiest/Best way to hit the last BP with GMB Faith (assuming 13+ aura):
Gloves: Crafted KB gloves with 20% IAS
Helm: 3os Tiara with IAS/XX jewels or IAS/xx socketed Mavina helm
Belt: Nos Coil
Ammy: Cat's Eye
If you want more flexibility, shoot for the next BP (8/2 instead of 7/2) or use a GM bow. Both of these are around 50% IAS, but I don't recall exactly.
FHR is really not that important for a Zon since you shouldn't be getting hit anyhow.

I think by "GM bow" Bjam means Matriarchal Bow here. Sorry if I miss understood, Bjam.

48% to reach 8, 95% to reach 7 if you have 13 fana if you use MS that is....

If for PvP, don't use the Dream.
Dream on Bowazons is for PvM only, and for use with Multishot. The 1-648 damage doesn't cut it on single shots (GA).
If it's PvM also, don't worry about 7/2 too much, you'll kill fast enough anyway with 8/2 and the difference is barely noticable.
Also, if PvM, using Windforce, and giving a merc a Faith will result in a much higher overall damage.

Gear: ( I assume you multi/freezing arrow)
- Dream Bv --- no use Tal Rasha helm with 40ed/15ias jewel (nice dual leech)
- Cat eye --- use Highlords (deadly strike +1 skills)
- Gmb Faith --- good choice (at least 13 on fanaticism)
- Fort (or 120/45?)---Fort for sure (=massive damage and endless other good stuff)
- Dracs (any other suggestion?)---+3 bow skills/20 ias (dracul sucks you nn life tap unless you fight Lillith  )
- Dual leech ring--- use raven on this one too (+20 dexterity of course)
- Raven frost --- a no brainer
- Razortail --- excellent choice (saves you skills points and gives you 100% pierce with few skill points used)
- Gores --- might work but war traveller is even nicer (because of damage which is multiplied with all your ed bonuses)
With this build you hit 8 frames = real nice, no monsters (except Baal+Ubers) will live long vs this build

Best pvp setup for bowzon is..
120ed/45ias helm
cats eye/ highlords/ maras (if you dont want to hit last breakpoint)
Forti
Faith GMB (13+ aura lvl)
crafted 20 ias kb gloves with + skills/ stats/ res
ring 1: raven (need this one for sure
ring 2: raven/bk/nice dual leach ring/ wisp for lite sorb or dwarf for fire sorb
nos coil/ could swap out t-gods for light sorb or dungos for %DR
war travs for damage/ treks for life/str boost/ nice f r/w fhr tri res boots
max/ar/life gcs, lcs or scs and res charms to get max res and some fr/w scs.
torch
anni
and of course........ARROWS, lol. Sometimes I run out and then all my gear is useless until i refill so make sure you go into duel with plenty of arrows.
