D/A/E Question

I just have a quick question about D/A/E. What is it that speeds up these animations? I would assume that it's FHR, but I haven't found confirmation of that anywhere I've looked. Also, if FHR does speed them up, are the typical Amazon FHR breakpoints the same for D/A/E as well?

I dont think there is any way to make D/A/E faster. it jus dodges at that speed

AFAIR D/A/E animations are 8 frames long.
there is no way to make them faster.
