Countess drops?

I have run the countess more times than I can remember and the only thing higher than a lem i got was a mal. Does anyone know what the odds of her dropping a hr is?

Hell Countess can drop up to a Lo, and her chances of dropping one of those is pretty much the same as with any other monster: extremely low (no pun intended).
