Superior Beserker axe dropped in hellcows? How?

I was killing cows and a superior 15% ed beserker axe dropped. I couldnt believe my eyes because I was under the impression they could only drop low quality beserker axes.

Could this possibly have been from a bosses minions, or can cows really drop superior beserker axes? Can they also drop the unique one??

The MooMooFarm is considered by many players to be the best place to find weapon and armor to make runewords. This includes superior, socketed, and ethereal elite weapons and armor.

It could have been a 4/5/6 socket, ethereal, 15%ed/dur BA.

Cows are also good for charms and runes as well.

Cows can indeed drop a superior berserker axe, and they can also drop the Death Cleaver as well, since the qlvl of the Death Cleaver (78) is less than their mlvl (81).
