Hello,
I've got a interesting build and a question for the forum. Items coming first as they are really the key to it.
Arachnid Mesh +1 Skills 0 Belt
Akraine's Valor +2 Skills 0 Armor
Stone of Jordan / Bul Kathos +2 Skills 0 Ring
Echoing Amulet +3 Warcries 0 Amulet
Echoing Barb Helm w/ +3 Taunt +3 Warcries 0 Helmet
Sounding Grand Charms +1 Each 0 Charms X8
Annihilus Charm +1 Skills 0 Charms
Echoing Weapons +3 Warcies Each 0 Weap1/Weap2
Gloves - any
Boots - any
I'm not aware of any gloves / boots that could grant a bonus to taunt.
+6 all skills
+20 warcries
+3 Taunt
---------------------
if you place 20 points in taunt yourself
that equals
Taunt lvl 49 (50 on battle command)
for -101% Damage -101% AR (103% for BC) on taunted monsters
Drawbacks i see :
First off, elemental damage is in no way handled by this build. I am in no way suggesting this is the most effective way to build a tank barbarian. PDR items mixed with taunt would prove more effective than even weaken and would probably get you close to 99% physical immunity a lot easier.
Second off, not every monster can be taunted.
My Question is two part
1) Do skill levels cap at some point, irregardless of how many +'s you have?
2) is there a minimum that this form of -damage% can bring an enemy to?
My thanks ahead of time for anyone who happens to know the answers to either, Comments welcome as well :)
