Question about The Definitive Blizzard guide

Yea. My question is about the PvP aspect of that guide. Uh, it doesn't list a mercenary for the PvP section. I'm just wondering which to use. The PvM and mf section has it, but what about for PvP?? Thanks

You generally don't use a merc in PvP, since they die in 1 hit anyway, and you lose your gold when you die (either from the death penalty or gold stealers) so resurrecting them every 3 minutes is out of the question. In short, don't bother with a merc.

using a merc in pvp is usually considered bad manner as well. especially when sorcs put infinity on their mercs.

And if I see people with mercs by blood moor I lure them out and kill them.
