What does it mean when your resistance "reach" yellow figures .. 75 ?

75 is maximum resist you can have. when you reach 75 resist, you recieve less damage from elemental attacks and poison. You can go over 75, but it doesn't show it. Unless you are using an item that adds +maximum resist.

What he means when he says You can go over 75 is that you're 'stacked' against the damage; any -res your opponent has on has to break through your 'stack' first. 95% is the end-all for resistances - equipment like Guardian Angel enable you to break the 75% barrier.

That is in PvP, yes. In PvM you cannot go over 75% unless you wear stuff that that adds +maximum resistance, like Guardian Angel or Thunergods Vigor...

Hi again, thanks for the info. I just found some chainmail armor with +10 to all resistances and +5 to all max resistances, that's why I wondered

I was wrong abuot the armor, its called "Dark Glow Ring Mail". I have gloves with "half freeze duration" and also a shield with "half freeze duration", does those two add up, or is it enogh wearing just one of those?

One is enough, as they do not add up.
