Questions on how to build a ES Sorc

Hi,

I havent do sorc for awhile and my hammerdin is getting old..
It will be my first ES pure sorc (fire for info) so i dont know really how to build a decent one. Keep in mind that this is a pvm build.

1) Stats : Strengh(gear), Dext(max block), Vita(min.) and Mana (All??) ?

* And if som1 can tell me how much dext i'll need to get max block with a spirit Monarch, that will be nice too :P *

2) Gear setup :

- Shaeled Shako
- Mara
- Hoto
- Coh (probly ds)
- Spirit
- Magefist
- Arach
- 2xFcr ring with stats, resist, etc.
- Silkweave (for mana boost?)

And i'll have those 2x decent breakpoints, as well as max resists :

- Fhr : 86%+ (90%)
- Fcr : 105%+ (135%)

3) Some help with skills will be very helpful (max Fb / Meteor / Fire bolt / Mastery ?? How much in ES and warmth then if i do max block sorc with full mana ?

nono no.. do Not get max block with spirit monarch, for the love of god >_<

Use a switch SS, or AToD, or SancTower, or Something with high base block vs melee.

Shako! Kinda ew. +mana on clvl (and +life on clvl) aren't affected by %maximum mana iirc, they simply stack on top - but it is modified by BO afaik.
If you're going es, ditch the fcr rings.
Sojs will benefit you more, and you don't need 135fcr.
Get a fire Tiara, 2/20 with +mana, res, life, str etc. Shael that if u need the fhr, otherwise Ber, or 15/7.

Base vita's only good if your charms can support it. 30+lifers all around?
silks, not really worth the mana boost. Treks for fhr/str/vit/pres or get some gg fhr/stat 2-3 res rares.

100fc in this setup- assuming hoto/chuta (hoto's best). Ditch maras for a 2/5+fc/10block safety ammy. You'll lose spirits fcr when you go vs melee (switch out for ber ss or w/e), and resists aren't that important, if you're es. It's only there for the leakthru damage, and for when es crashes.

edit: i just saw the pvm. Boo to you. STILL don't max block with spirit though.

Ehm.. so which way should i go for pvm : just 35% spirit without max block or another shield of ur suggest with max block?

Sry if this sounds newb but.. like i said, its my first ES sorc.

meh, if its pvm, es without block's fine.
