Whats the best shield for a light sorc that has some MF to it? thxs.
that would be a rhyme runeword then (shael+eth)
but i would suggest Spirit monarch for the nice FCR/FHR/2skills thats what my sorc uses.

With its attributes Spirit will also make your killing speed and power faster. Those 25% MF from Rhyme are not worth the sacrifices, unless you simply put Rhyme with a high MF weapon (Gull, Ali-Baba) on switch and switch to those MF items shortly before you land you killing blows on the boss in question.
Should you be pitrunning, stick to Spirit and forget about the extra 25% MF. The amount of MF you use should not hamper your killing speed/power, since apart from the MF it is more important to make more runs, and not have the highest amount of MF possible.

Shouldn't u be using Stormsheild instead of Spirit monarch?

not really, its best to make spirit in a monarch (lowest requirements for a 4 socket shield - other than a paladin shield which obviously you cannot use) however the blocking is very low (42%) , therefore there is no point in pumping dexterity if you are using spirit.
If you have pumped dexterity stormshield is still a decent choice, however it depends on your needs. if you need more fcr, +skills, mana and fhr, spirit is unparalleled. Furthermore the runes for a spirit are very easy to find - the hard bit is finding a 4 socket monarch and having a good roll on the fcr.
if you find yourself getting hurt by physical damage then stormshield might be a viable choice - this depends on playstyle a lot.
however, for a lighning sorc i would definately use spirit
