 Could someone look over my numbers here and make sure that i'm not screwin something up. I wanna make a psn nec, but use some some summons for minions stack/shields and use some bone skills for final killing of psn victims.....
Skills:
20 pdagger
20 pexplosion
20 nova
1 teeth
1 spear/1 spirits
1 armor
20 prison
1 skellies
1 glay golem
1 golem mstry
1 sum resist
(2 skellie mstry-marrows)
should be done around lvl 88, pts after 88 will go to bspirit
Gear:
2/20 Nec Circ 13 res
2 nec/10fcr/18 light res ammy
Nigma Dusk
Arachs
Trangs gloves
Homo w/ 5/5psn facet or res/fhr jewel
Marrowalks or Treks
9 pnb gcs 3 w/ fhr, rest lifers or dex
2 fhr/res scs, rest life scs
20/13 nec torch
18/13/9 anni
CTA and lidless
125 fcr, 1,250 spirits, 7,500 psn nova,
8 skellies (1100 life), clay golem (2625 life, 60%slowing),
lvl16 lower resist @ -61.
I will prolly max block which i understand is crucial w/ a nova nec as u have to get in close to cause dmg. Is there something I may be missing here... or does this look fairly solid?
edit: forgot to incl above 1 in Lower Resist and prereq's

i might just be missin it but what wep are you using?
i switch between hoto and dweb even tho w/ dweb you'll be losing your 125 fcr, its crucial for high life barbs and stacked resist pallies

your setup seems really similar to mine so your nova should be doing a bit more dmg than u have have posted. im hitting 8.8k atm

an eld'd ss in the inventory is nice to have for windies, bowzons and melee builds too.

edit:i dont find the summons very useful at all. i'd invest a few more points to get a fire golem which is extremely useful for getting that last hp point

Let me know how this goes, I'm planning on making a nova nec too. And you sure on max block? I was thinking the opposite, that meleers would be easier than casters. They way I look at it bone armor should guard me from a hit while I get them poisoned and get out.

I'll be using hoto mainly. I'll keep an eye out for a good dweb, but if I can get by w/ hoto, i'll stick w/ that route. Plus the fcr, dex, res is critical for me to making this work. I'll keep an ss, just forgot to list it. And as for skellies... well my thinking is that they would be primarily for fohers, fc zons and chargers. Also, i dueled a summoner the other day that would hit my bvc w/ IM right before I attacked. A very sneaky maneuver, but worked well and decimated my barb's life.

My bvc and pallly own nova necs. They just can't take the dmg dished out by those classes. Max block is an incredible advantage for a caster over a phys. meleer. Since I started running max block on my pvp sorcies i'll never leave home w/o it. Yeah you'll sacrifice alot life, but it's sooo worth it. As for bonearmor, it'll get eatin up by 5k x 5k dual zerk ww or a 7-8k charge.
