leach from curses question

i know life tap can allow you to leach unleachables (or ones with low drain effectiveness), but is it possable that amp damage would allow you to leach unleachables as well? also are there any caps for life rap and amp dmg that would disable you from making an enemy more leachable?

Amp does not allow you to leech.

Life Tap leeches back 50% of the damage you do as life. The enemies' drain effectiveness is not a factor.

Leech is gained by successfully applying physical damage on a monster. You can gain leach through amp if the monster was previously physical immune and due to amp that immunity has been removed.
