Whats Dex For Max Block?

Hi, I feel stupid for asking this but how many points should I put into dex to get max block?? I'm following the 1pt Uber Trist Smiter Guide and have Sanctuary.

Dex = (Total Block * Clvl * 2)/(Shield Block) +15

Total Block = 75% (what you are aiming for)
Clvl = your char level
Shield Block = the total amount of block from your shield, gear and HS (remember that HoZ has 82% blocking)
