I just wanted you guys to know that I won't be around for a little while... a close friend of my recently was killed in a car accident, and I now lack direction in life so I need to clear my head and just find out where to go now... I honestly don't know if I will be able to play Diablo II again.. he and I started playing that game together, but I will be back on here eventually.

Most of us will probably still be here when u get back. It makes me wonder how many of the friends i've made online have perished suddenly. Some of them just disappeared overnite. Here at the forums they seem to vanish too, sometimes even very well known contributors. My own best friend in diablo came back last week after a period of vanishing for 2 1/2 years. What he has come back to, I'm not sure. All his close friends are now gone, save me, and the type of char he liked to play is almost dead. In fact, the realm we play on is dying fast this summer for various reasons...

Sorry to hear about your loss Locke. It'll take time to heal the pain and void you feel, but it will heal. Just hang in there. Drop in and say hi every now and then. Take care.

really sorry man, hope you come back (im giving all my friends sorc shields worth a few sojs a peice, maybe thats a good incentive :P). when you come back i have a 17/30/20 priz dia'd /w ur name on it. hope you feel better

Thanks so much guys, it's odd not having him around anymore and I will see. Though it is nice to have a few people around the globe thinking about me... even if I don't have faces to go with them.
