... The OTF?

I tried once to leave. was gone for a bit but was dragged back to the room given a TAT, a chained puppy of war and a beer and told never to try that again.

I have heard of some who have sucessfully left never to return (my guess is that they were eaten by trained RCMP Moose Death Squads and fed to Dillers).

Sooo.. What will you do with all your time if you ever leave?

Play through my giant collection of games I've never had the time to play. Oh, and complete my PhD and get a job maybe.

I don't need to escape, since I never really dove into the OTF in the first place. I just dipped my toes in and went wading a bit, that's all.

I'll run so far away from here that it will be like I really am dead.

The other night, I found myself sitting here, waiting for Dondrei to get here and start posting. Wife said..."what are you doing?"

I said "theres nothing to do on the internet, so Im waiting for the OTF to get busy again", and immediately felt like a twit.

Aww, that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. No wait, it's because this woolen jumper just came out of the dryer. OW! Damn static electricity...

With 39.59 posts per day? Starting about the same time I did but having 14,344 posts - nearly half again as many as me (and I'm a spamminator)? I say:

LIES!!!!

I just said I don't venture into the OTF that much, that's all. Most of my posts in the OTF are one-liners anyhow. The politics/religion/abortions/whatever threads are too much for me; my debating skills sucks for lack of a better word, so I just limit myself to non-serious or funny threads. :hide:

I don't consider it strange that I'm here since I'm still an avid fanboy of Diablo 2 who still likes to talk about a game he's been playing for 6 years.

Edit- Ummm... The 3 posts below me were there when I posted this, so why am I above them?
and apparently we don't get strikethrough tags here.

I've got my other forums that I spend a lot of time on (don't worry, poor OTF, it's just text-based roleplay... I'm not giving you up for another game...)

I once tried to leave the OTF, but I just ended up coming back as a lurker. I can't help it, some of the topics are actually interesting.
