What are all "uber" quests? I heard about DC who drops Anni and uber Tristram (what's there? what's the reward?). Are there any other?

Those are the only two "Uber" things. DC and Uber Tristram.

Is it possible to do these uber quests on a single player game? or is it just in battle.net? I found a post on this topic, but it was a year old. Didn't know if what was said in that post was valid anymore as I have just gotten the key of hate in a single player game.

None of these Uber quests are available in Single Player. You can find the Keys in Single Player; you just won't be able to use them.
