YeS i've searched. away with you suhRchdemons.

Tried both "c:\blahblahblah\" -seed 10
and "c:\ladeeedoooo\" -seed10

in sp, and i'm not seeing a lagfest's worth of monsters on my screen =(

Is it limited to specific patches? or.. what >_<

AFAIK it doesn't do anything since 1.10.

It still sets the seed, but no longer spawns extra monsters. In other words, it's actually working correctly now.

The only one who seems to post here just because of post count is you, it seems :azn:

The -seed command line option could cause earlier versions of the game spawn zillions of monsters in single player.

So it is like, usually there are some limited number of monsters on each group, but in some way we can edit the number of monsters so corpse explode will rock?

I hardly pvm on the realms, playing sp without mass monsters for the novelty of it would be so boring =/
