Yes they do.

They cannot be made on NL, however.

To explain further....They can only be made on ladder, but when a ladder resets, all items and characters become non ladder.

They exist, but the formula just doesn't work on non-ladder, so don't try making them.

Yes, because there's a limited supply of Ladder runewords on NL.

They are a lot harder to get hold of but they are still there you just need to up you offer when u are trading for them
