You'd be better received if you posted a single thread asking for general Javazon advice, editing your post if necessary. You'd be even better received if you found the Javazon thread and read it, instead.

The absolute first place to check would be the stickied thread Classic Build Guides and Other Useful Information, found here: http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=341767

In this thread, you can then find the link for Fredsta's mini guide list. If you want advice on a build, and advice on how to do it cheap, Fredsta is a great resource for information. Following the Fredsta's mini guides link, you find this page: http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=407865

On this page, you can find not one, but two guides for Javazons. You'd probably want to follow the link for the Javazon cow mf guide, as it is really a good, general, and above all cheap Javazon guide. This is found here: http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=406252

If, after looking for the desired information, you still can't find what you're looking for, then starting a thread may be a good idea. You shouldn't start threads asking for advice without looking around a bit first. Remember, it's you that wants the information. The burden shouldn't be on other people to do the work finding it for you. The people on this forum tend to be fairly friendly about helping out, anyway, but this is generally good advice to follow.

As for your question, I'm a fan of Pierce with Lightning Fury. After you get that in the level 10-15 range, then going back and maxing Lightning Strike next would probably be desirable. I haven't played a Javazon in ages, but this seems the logical thing to do. The reason I'd take Pierce before it is because level 10-15 Pierce can increase your Lightning Fury damage output anywhere from 180-236%. I'd probably max Pierce, but that's just me.

I agree pierce is the key to LF as a PvM skill, it is not that great a skill without it. You can decimate large groups of monsters if you have 70%+ pierce (so long as they are not Lighning immue ofc) whether or not to max that is something you will have to decide for yourself, after lv 16 (82%) it doesnt increase by much. But also for finishing off one or two monsters LF is not very effective so you need to max charge strike as soon as possible. So taking peirce to 10-11 first then max charge strike then come back to peirce if you think you need to take it higher.

So what do you all think about WoE(Wall of Eyeless) for a LFzon ? Personally, I think I will need it, need mana, ect. On a big group of cows it means instant refill.

certainly for cows it is very useful (always have one handy for this purpose) and LF kills cows so easily you dont really need much block and vertually no resists (the odd Lightning Emiting Unique means some lr would be useful).

For places where resists are important i.e. CS then it is not so useful.
