Can any1 pls tell me where i can find the "best" highest runes???

i heared countess drops much runes...

till what lvl does countess drops , and hellforge?

There's no trick to finding high runes. Some people will tell you they've gotten three from this area or two from this particular monster, but that's just luck. All you can do is kill tons and tons of highish level monsters and hope for the best.

The only other option is doing hellforge rushes and cubing up to the higher runes, but this is also extremely time consuming.
