How dows cold length works?
Will the cold length add up e.g. a weapon with cold length 6sec, and 2 charms with cold length 1 sec. Will the total cold length be 8 secs or is it just 6secs?

Will the cold length add up e.g. a weapon with cold length 6sec, and 2 charms with cold length 1 sec. Will the total cold length be 8 secs or is it just 6secs?8 seconds. They add up. I believe they're also cut in nm and hell. I forget if it's 1/2 and 1/3 or 1/2 and 1/4.
