As a start twitch with a 3diamond shield is a difficult combination to beat, bags of resists,nice str/dex bonus, high block and only down side is low defence, which although is not important can be useful. But at the end of the day a nice mageplate/grimshield comb is better.

I love twitch on my sorc. Honestly I can't think of an armor to compare it too. Sure if you have a godly Mage plate but twitch proveds you with both dex and strength so other things such as shard become easier to where, plus the block bonus is amazing. A sorc with such a low amount of vitality points that mod helps out a ton. FHR incase of stun lock. The only time I don't where it on my blizzer is when I am MFing and in that case I have tancs on.

As you say twitch is a good beginners armour but when you get a mage plate with 24 fhr +40 or so life (which is worth 20 skill points to a sorc) and two resists > 20 and decent defence (300+) and a 30/20 prisma bone or grim shield with a stacked resist (ideally 200+ defence on a grim) it is time to move on :azn: (note these are not easy to get but if you play enough to get level 90+ you will have probably found enough to trade for these or to actually find one)

I probably would've leveled faster had I not taken my BvA so seriously, and with rumors of the end of Ladder coming soon, I'm making a run for 92....probably not going to happen since real life > D2, but I'm still going to try. :thumbsup:

Do your resists only max on 75 or do you stack them for lower resist curses in cs?

Although defence isnt that useful i like to have 4k+ with a decent shout in CS, how much life do you have on your pure vit sorc with max bo (at level 90)?

If I get LR'ed, I usually have a little more than 50ish Res on all of them except Poison, and it's not too bad. With a 31 BO and 31 Shout, I usually get around 2650 Life and almost 1.8k Defense.

you should consider perhaps, selling accounts/chars instead of deleting them all the time... :p

if you had convinced me to din earlier on ladder (I know, I was reluctant) you'd have been mid 90s for sure this season.

you have me intrigued however with the twitch build blizzer. with rumors of ladder ending so soon, I prolly won't make one, but I now have a prismatic sorc ammy, twitch, and several grims/spiked shields that are prismatic/stcked, including that shopped 30/20 spiked :laugh:

hrm... no, I think I need to at least reach the bottom of the din ladder. Not bad for a few weeks worth of playing, during which we've had a couple day server outage, been out of town 3 of those weekends, and many week nights only getting 40 minutes to an hour of cs runs...

where were you all weekend? akukami got to 90 late friday night/early saturday morning if I recall correctly, and is nearing the top quartile of sorcs on the sorc ladder.

I'm in the 400ish overall on ladder now at lvl 89, 3 or 5 million or so from cracking the very bottom of the din ladder (but still have over 100 million xp to lvl 90) damn there are a lotta dins on ladder....

if either of you wanted another spot on the ladder, make a zon :laugh: last I looked, lvl 70something puts you on the zon ladder :grin:

Shut up, and more CS, you two! Btw, Goomba, I suggest you get rid of the gear for Gulls or sell to Akara for gold ASAP. Seems like everyone believes rumors and are being stingy in trades. :sad2:
