Or should i go for +2barb+10~Fcr ? and hope for mana/life by crafting ? what lvl do i need for that ?

+3 warcries only spawns on blue items

If you really want all the extra mods, you can get +2 warcries +other stuff via rare or craft from a reasonable low level like 60 or something. But for +2 all skills and the other mods, you need an item level 90+ amulet craft or rare.

For a shot at +2 baba rare amulet from gambling, you must be level 86+ (the more the better). For a +2 baba from monsters you need a level 90+ monster, like high council, diablo, baal, nihlathak.. For a +2 baba from craft you need (your level + amulet level)/2 = 90+.

Bottom line: if you want to craft/gamble one such thing, level up to mid 90's :) Otherwise +3 warcries/10 fcr amulets are usually very cheap :p

By the way: +2 amulets from crafts have level requirements of 89. Just so you know :rolleyes: Rares +2 is 66 (or 67, can't remember). Blue +3 items are 45, I think.

For a +2 baba from craft you need (your level + amulet level)/2 = 90+. This formula should be:
[your level (clvl) / 2] + [amulet level (ilvl) / 2] >= 90
where [] denotes rounding down.
