Frenzy barb for mid/low lvl dueling?

I kinda got bored of my BvB, as i dont belong to a clan or anything, and every public BvB game is filled with sorcs and hammerdins. So i decided to make another char using his gear, and was wondering if a frenzy barb would work. Is lvl 25 too high for low lvl duels? If not, would such a barb be effective against the chargers, zealots, smiters, etc. that are made for low lvl duels? Should i all my points into mace mastery, or a mix of double swing and mace mastery?
This is the gear I plan on using:
3 ruby gcrown
angelics ammy and rings
twitch
gtoes
bloodfists
rare BvB belt w/ +1x str, 5x life, atd
2x bhammers, 143 w/ 20ias, and ??? (still need to find that second one)
Swordback hold on switch, along with resist gear for dueling sorcs

All my mace frenzy barbs have gotten sweeped by pretty much everything, i don't know if it was my build or if it was just the fact that it just sucked. And you will want hawkmail or a deaths sash to not get frozen up by those sorcs.

If the rare belt has 1x str it might just have a higher then 25 level req.
The only way to find out if it works is to try. :)
Indeed like Shad typed, you will prolly need Deaths sash.
Being cold slowed is your worse enemy.
The combination of fast hitting, high damage and gobs should be good.
Damagewise I think you would be ok, with Angelics you got the AR part covered, then the only thing that remains is can you also take a hit.

What is your stat set/skil set up?

Someone told me of a bvc they had in say 1.09 which used frenzy to charge up to chase casters and hit them with ww. In this case, you'd want long rage 1 handers and probably high res, cbf from the rest of gear.

Other than that, it seems to me that frenziers will not be great in duels largely due to the lack of shield.
