Need Spell Advice

Well im primaryly a lvl 82 Mf Sorc with around 400 Mf and almost max resis on hell but thats not really important

anyway i have maxed out ice bolt , cold Mastery and Orb and got 1 skill on all primary sorc spells etc ( teleport, shiver amrour, Energy sheild etc...)

well i really am thinking hard and now i thinks its time for some advice, i currently have 12 unused skill points :undecided: and need to put them on somethin but i still training my character and was thinking of maybe fire ball ?

well any advice would be great of what i should do... i really want another spell type but if you guys think thats not a good idea then i won't :smiley:

but would prefer it :blush:

hi and welcome to the forum

ill hope you got one point in static
since your orb is maxed and your spare points cant raise it more
i would put rest in a skill with no syns , you dont have many points left
try one point in fire mastery and rest in fire wall , when/if FW is maxes rest in FM

well by maxing CM and Ice Bolt you cannot ever get a useful offensive spell from a different tree.

I would say max TK for the ES synergy but ES isnt all that helpful in pvm due to manaburn.

You could put some in TP to lower you mana cost.

You could put some in SF to increase the coverage area, which would help your merc take out cold immune mobs faster.

Honestly if I had that skill distribution I would start a new char.

Some have suggested investing in Firewall and Fire Mastery, as wall requires no synergies to be effective, but it's a bit hard to get used to casting effectively. Another alternative is to work on Charged Bolt and Lightning Mastery. If I'm not mistaken, Melianor has one of these that works pretty well.
