What should i do with my bvc's dext?

Little explain first.. I need +20 dext to use widowmaker (hel). I've been using raven but then my fcr is only 30 (40 is bp right).. so when i duel hammers, smiters, ect.. my fcr is only 30 OR i don't use widow.. i don't have anni now, so should i buy 1 with high stats and res (i need little more). but i think i'm too poor to buy that high.. my lvl is 86 or 87 now. should i waste my points to dext to use widow with fcr rings, or go vita? help me plz.:grin:

Actually, you don't need more than 20fcr vs hammers (not even that), so just use another 20dex raven.

this is a noob question but doez fcr really affect the speed of shooting with the bow or just the ias?if anybody can link me a table with break points for bow on barb it will be much appreciated
