For PvM, should I go with Fort or CoH?
For PvP, I know Enigma against casters, but again, CoH or Fort against Melee?

pvm armor=enigma
pvp armor=enigma+ fortitude in stash .
fortitude is needed only in some cases most of time enigma works fine.
for pvp probably best thing to put in arreat is 40/15 ,
for pvm i dunno um it for more res,

Fortitude is never _needed_, it just makes the killing easier. Did you see Blobs suggest Duress or Fortitude versus Hammerdins? No, you didn't. Why? Because it's not needed. It doesn't break or make you. It just helps a little.
Versus the best offensive hammerdins Enigma is better than Fortitude. Versus telesmiters, which represent the better of Smiters, Enigma is better than Fortitude. Versus Fohers, you get the job done quicker with Enigma than Fortitude. Versus V/Ts, you want to have Enigma for movement, as the V/T can easily beat you if you do not have teleport, as you then lack a ranged attack. With Widowmaker, they can telesmite you to death the instant you swap.

it is very interesting how before morotsjos pointed out to you that fortitude is basically not needed you never said what you just did.
fortitude is a good armor to use in certain situations and keep im mind that only top bvc's can work with enigma only, also i bet you noticed mcm uses fortitude in some of his duels.
And by the way no need to tell me the advantages of using enigma as i very rarely use fortitude over enigma(not claiming to be more than average bvc here), ty

What are the situations you would use Fortitude?

Lies. I've never said that Fortitude is 100% necessary to win, I've only said that it's a nice addition because it makes some duels easier, possibly.

Yes, I did notice that mcm uses Fortitude in his duels versus hammerdins and the mages. However, in public games, where you cannot guarantee a 1v1, you shouldn't use Fortitude, unless there are no characters you cannot beat with Fortitude in the game.

ok first off i never said you claimed such a thing
second my post never indicated in anyway when and how to use fortitude, I merely said fortitude is useful in certain situations period.
