Best PvM Build Sans Charms

Im building a Barb for PvM. I only want to bring Anni and Barb Torch along for the ride, no SC's, no GC's (ok, maybe a few SC's).

What PvM build needs Skillers and AR/Lifers the least; and can said build perform well enough with top-end gear?

The only build that is really reliant on skillers and such of that nature are the singer barb. All the others can get by just fine without. I'd probably stick with whirlwind if you want the best all-around build we have.
