Rerolling Grand Charms/Small Charms help Please

Hey,

I was wondering, if I took a grandcharm from a place like Throne of Destruction(not Baal himself), what would be the chances of rolling something like a skill with 30+life? SHOULD i get a good charm with about 160pgems?(i know it's all luck, but rough estimate). Also, would it be more profitable to reroll Small charms for psn charms, life and manna charms, and resist and life...you get the point, or grand charms? Does it make a big difference when rolling grandcharms from throne and grand charms from baal(i know that baal charms can get 40+ life) but is rolling baal charms really that much better other than that difference?
I ask this because I am still relatively poor and to buy a grandcharm from baal might cost about a mal. i am not sure i can afford that much. In fact, i am not sure how even to get more wealthy. I'm at the affording shako and such level and have never ever gotten past that(like enigma) wish i could, but just cant. trying to find a way to get to the next level

if your in for profit only I would only reroll baalgc´s in chance of that 40+ lifer. I´ve rolled prob ~10 accs of pgems and got 2 nice skillers, 1 40 life MA skiller and a 39 life cold sk ( didnt use baal gcs so they were good :) ).

But since you meantion you got some wealth problems it shouldnt matter if you reroll that charm since it got chance of up to 40 life on it. Rerolling is a great way to start your wealth on, good luck =)

You're chances are slim to get a good skiller with that amount of Pgems. You should need more like 1000 pgems before your chances become decent to get a skiller with 30+ life. But it's your call and there is always a chance.

I'd personally go with SCs, as out of all the grandcharms and smallcharms I've found from hellcowing, the sc's are the ones giving me puls and ums whilst the grand charms are giving me nice presents to woo charsi and akara with.

Granted, this is completely experience based and I have absolutly no statistical evidence behind it, I could just be really lucky with sc's and horribly unlucky with gcs.

You still have a good chance to get clean skill charm, which is nice too. People pay well for Sorceress Cold or Paladin Combat skill charms, even if they are clean. I'd say about 1 skill charm = ~28 re-rolls.

Wait, so people use 84 pgems (an um worth of pgems) to get your average charm that will sell for a pul?

On average it will take alot of gems, but it may also only take 1 or 2 rolls. Also, if you roll a +1 Pally combat charm with 40 life, you're going to break the bank.
