*Double Swing* PvP Viable???

I was thinking about my next character, either Ama or Barb, and I read a Double Swing guide that intrigued me. But I was wondering if this skill would be viable in a PvP situation. I'm really not a fan of Whirlwind, so I thought I might try this.

Also what would be good weapons for this attack? I was thinking Dual EBotD BAxes, are there any others? I was possibly thinking Dual Eth Zod'd Razor's Edge for high DS% and OW% and good -target def%.

What other gear for this build? Ideas here please.

Probably not. You're just going to be like a BvC, but worse in every possible way.

You can try it, but you're not going to be as effective as the standard BvC, IMO.
