Question about hiting/dodging with javazon

Hi there!
I´ve never seen this posted before, but it´s essential i think..
Just question for all javazons...
I got my javazon at level 82 and i have a serious problem concerning "attacking when dodging". I NEVER HIT!!!
I can use jab, fend throw a javelin or shot an guided arrow but when Iam dodging/avoiding a never hit enything...
Is that "natural" or a bug...
Iam wonder how javazon can kill in 1.10 (i didn´t spot this problem in 1.09) if they are hit.
Help someone please...
