Me and my friend will do all the 3 red protals and Tristram soon today, but what will happend if we "Lost Connection" with Battle.net or D2 crash or something, is all the keys gone then or what will happend?

Anything that's not being held by you somewhere will be lost. If you have any of the organs, you'll still have them. If you've used them, then they're gone.
